We stopped here after a very long day in transit then walking visiting sights. It is so so so delicious! The Palak Paneer is different, tastier and creamier. Th Cauliflower and lentils were amazing. We had the Yak moms and the pork belly which were also spiced very nicely. The appetizer was a fried Kale salad which sounds weird but it was the best thing!! Highly recommend this place! They even had beautiful paintings on the walls and looked like a nice bar. No wait time.

Himalayan Wild Yak is one of those rare spots that quietly raises the bar for what international cuisine can be in Arlington. We ordered the Vegetarian Manchurian, Duck Fried Rice, and Braised Lamb, and each dish had its own distinct personality—bold, balanced, and never heavy or greasy. The flavors lingered in the best way, with just the right layer of Nepali spices that left me with a genuinely happy food buzz. Thoughtful, comforting, and exciting all at once—this is a place I’d recommend without hesitation. Five stars.

Went to dinner with the family here and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Biryani Yak(rice), Lamb Nepali Set, and Yak Momo(dumplings) with everything exceeding our expectations. The prices were reasonable with how much food they give you and the service takes care of you here.
